LAKE EUSTIS SAILING CLUB

Brisk winds of the weekend at the Lake Eustis Sailing Club lead to exciting racing, a few capsizes, and some people withdrawing from the races because of the challenging conditions.

Dean Grimes and Joe Lobato won all six Flying Scot races with Gus Chennells second and Francois Simon third. David Helmick led the MC scow group followed by Scott Tillema and Dave Moring.

James M. McIntyre won the wayfarer class with James R. McIntyre second and Mike Murto third.

David Chapin won all eleven races of the Laser fleet. Rob Krentel was second and Jerry Beck third. Bailey Verkaik was the first youth.

Club racing returns in two weeks with instruction for youth every Saturday.
